Dr. Robert Mermer

Dr. Robert Mermer, a graduate of the University of Texas Dental Branch at Houston, completed a general practice residency at Oklahoma Children's Memorial Hospital, followed by an oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at the University of Texas. He completed a fellowship in orthognathic and reconstructive surgery at St. Mary's Health Center and St. Louis University. Dr. Mermer has served as the director of the residency program in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Hahnemann University Hospital where he is an Associate Professor in the Department of Surgery.

He has earned the following distinctions:

• Diplomate, American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
• Diplomate, National Dental Board of Anesthesiology
• Fellow, American Dental Society of Anesthesiology
